Karla Lewenczuk founded Let’s Bash Event Rentals & Decor in 2026 driven by her love for visual aesthetics. The company’s name, Bash, is inspired by her son and his joyful, vibrant personality. His natural ability to bring energy and happiness wherever he goes felt like the perfect inspiration for a company built around celebrating life’s biggest moments. It’s a name that reflects the spirit behind the brand—joyful, creative, and full of personality.
Inspired by the effortless, curated feel of East Coast weddings, she saw a need for unique pieces that feel elevated, unexpected, and thoughtfully designed—without having to look beyond Iowa to find them.
As Karla’s owned and operated Honey and Joy Events since 2016, her love for weddings, design, and the little details has continued to grow. Bringing a vision together, making the rental process feel easy, personal, and enjoyable, while providing thoughtfully curated pieces that elevate every celebration is the motivation behind Karla’s work.

Celia Tiedemann
With a degree in Hospitality Management and an Event Management Minor from Iowa State University, Celia brings over four years of experience in the events industry and a passion for creating thoughtfully designed events.
With a strong eye for detail and a love for bringing ideas to life, she helps clients find the right rentals to complement their vision and create a cohesive, memorable setting. She believes the right details can transform a space and takes pride in making the rental experience seamless from start to finish.
Avery Stanley
Avery graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Event Management and a minor in Hospitality Management. With three years of experience in the events industry, she brings a creative eye and passion for design to every event.
Avery loves helping clients bring their vision to life through thoughtfully selected rentals and intentional details. With a strong eye for style and a passion for creating beautiful spaces, she works closely with the creative team to make sure every element comes together seamlessly.
Andre young
Andre’s the hands behind the Bash! Helping make sure every event has what it needs to come together, from loading things up to and helping with event setup, he’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed. When he’s not moving tables, chairs, and everything in between, you can usually find him with his wife and daughter.
He’s our our go-to-guy, Andre brings plenty of laughs to the team—even on the busiest event days. He enjoys working with his hands, tackling whatever challenge gets thrown his way, and seeing all the pieces come together at the end of a setup.
